POETRY WORKSHOP

Thomas Stephens Konknni Kendr,( TSKK) Porvorim in collaboration with Aksharpath, Goa organized a day- long Workshop for Creative Writing on the core theme "Poetry: a Journey of Self- discovery from Inspiration to Fruition". This workshop was open to the young aspiring poets as well the practising poets who wished to further enhance their own output. The objective of the workshop was two-fold: firstly, to encourage the participants to discover the "inspiring potential of poetry" within themselves; and secondly, to enable them to appreciate their own poetry as well as that of other participants. This, in the process learn to evaluate the merits and shortcomings of their compositions. The workshop was held on Saturday, 2nd September 2023 at Tskk. Dr. Kiran Budkuley along with her 2 students, Dr. Palia Pandit and Dr. Tanvi Bambolkar animated the sessions. Dr. Arun Sakhardande was the chief guest who also shared his views on poetry and life.
